Hancock Design & Build was started as a partnership of two individuals who share a passion for building. After working on many large residentials projects together, Evan and Emir wanted to share their skillsets with the Louisville community.

A mechanical engineer, Evan has the analytical background to organize the construction process from concept to completion. Since 2018, Evan has been working with his business partner, Sole, on every home renovation project you can think of.

Emir “Sole” Foco

Co-Founder, Project Manager, Lead Carpenter

A born builder, Emir has over 20 years of experience in the building and construction industry in the Louisville community. Learning his skills at an early age from his dad in Yugoslavia (now Bosnia), Emir has mastered every trade in the industry throughout his entire life.
